Resolve Your Tax problems
Whether you need a tax return prepared or someone to help you deal directly with the IRS, I am here for you.
Whether you need a tax return prepared or someone to help you deal directly with the IRS, I am here for you.
I prepare tax returns for the current year and past years, individuals and businesses, federal and any state. If you think you are missing W-2's or 1099's, I will pull transcripts directly from the IRS and get that information for you. I also prepare payroll tax forms.
Ignoring your tax debt is not a good way to handle the situation, and neither is trying to take on the IRS by yourself. Let me represent you. Some of the tools we have include Currently Not Collectible status, Partial Pay Installment Agreement, Offer in Compromise, Wage Garnishment Release, Appeals and Audit Reconsideration
When the IRS assesses a debt, the debtor's assets are automatically subject to lien upon assessment. Often the debtor is not even aware that their assets are subject to lien. I can assist debtors with Lien Withdrawal, Lien Release, Lien Discharge and Lien Subordination
Don’t sign a contract for several thousands of dollars with a tax firm to solve your tax problems without knowing what you qualify for and what services are required.
Consider all available options:
Installment Agreement
Partial Pay Installment Agreement
Currently Not Collectible
Offer In Compromise
All four of these options are based on a financial analysis that the IRS uses to determine what you qualify for. Let me perform the analysis for you and give you the information you need to decide on a resolution for your tax problems.
Included in the $895 fee I will prepare and submit any of the first 3 options!
1. Set up an Installment Agreement with the IRS – included!
2. If you qualify: negotiate a Partial Pay Installment Agreement with the IRS – included!
3. If you qualify: negotiate a Currently Not Collectible decision from the IRS – Included!
Also included: Offer In Compromise Analysis
If we determine that you qualify for an Offer In Compromise, the next question is: how much are you required to offer? Your offer amount is determined by the IRS. They have a strict formula that you must adhere to when determining the amount of your offer. My analysis makes it easy to determine an offer amount the IRS will accept, then you will know if an offer makes sense for you before you sign a contract with a tax firm for several thousands of dollars. For an additional fee, I will prepare and file the Offer for you. While the IRS is considering your Offer, you will be free from collections action.
